On page 18, there is a stray "(1+i)^t" floating about. Underneath should read "computer programs."
Figure 2.3, page 23, contains two typographical errors.
In the lower part of the tree, the outcomes for the Large Crane alternative's Delay Time node should be {15, 10, 5} ($k) instead of {50, 25, 10}.
The middle branch should be labeled "2" instead of "5" delay days.
